The Aussie Pal is based in Australia. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your delivery location and method. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of the courier company and tracking number.

Any delays with shipment due to either carrier issues and/or exceptional or particular conditions related to the specific country are unfortunately not under our responsibility. Some delays may also occur during national holidays.

Please be aware that international orders may incur import duties and taxes, which are payable by you, the customer. If you are unsure whether this is applicable for your destination country, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.

You may be required to sign for delivery. Before signing, please inspect the package for any obvious tampering. If you receive an empty package but sign the delivery receipt and do not immediately report the fact to the carrier, unfortunately, The Aussie Pal cannot be held responsible and cannot issue a refund or replacement.
